Soil moisture control and projection are critical for optimal crop growth. Accurate monitoring of soil moisture enables efficient control of nutrients. Crop Key Dryer Solutions specializes in custom-designed dryer solutions. Careful engineering goes into each new Drying System. Your project is unique, and it follows that your system should be too. While our systems are custom, we keep costs down by having six standard size dryers. They range from 4.5′ to 11.0′ diameter. Systems can be stationary or portable because of all the options available, our team will travel to your installation to hear your needs, see your location and product, and discuss with you how we can help.

Careful engineering goes into each new Drying System. Your project is unique, and it follows that your system should be too. While our systems are custom, we keep costs down by having six standard size dryers. They range from 4.5′ to 11.0′ diameter. These systems can be stationary or portable.monitoring technology delivers automated tracking of soil moisture, temperature, and much more. The acquired data assists in maintaining essential soil moisture throughout irrigation and leads to effective crop results. Rotary Thermal Dryers work exceptionally well in several industries. We focus on five areas: Hemp Drying; Sand, Aggregate and Bulk Material Drying Systems; Thermal Soil Remediation; Coal and Fly Ash; and Hot Mix Asphalt Production Equipment. While we specialize in new equipment, quality used, and refurbished equipment is often available. Our sales team can help you sell your surplus equipment as well.

Worries about damp climate or quick-drying are gone. Use our dryer solutions because rain, fog, or other severe weather patterns slow the drying process allowing mold to set in. Growers looking to dry their product outside can relax by installing a WIP Drain and further purchasing an Agriculture Dryer below for their crop.

xSD 4.5: 4.5′ Rotary Thermal Dryer

The 4.5′ diameter rotary thermal sand drying system is available as a complete plant or individual pieces. It can be customized to meet your needs, but a typical drying system layout would include: feed bin, weigh conveyor, thermal rotary dryer with burner (natural gas, vaporized propane, light or heavy oil), discharge conveyor, cyclone, baghouse with ID fan, connecting ductwork, controls and a control house.

This rotary thermal drying system can be designed as either portable or stationary. The dryer flights can be adjusted to maximize efficiency to accommodate all types of sand: frac, silica, foundry, construction, etc. Rotary thermal dryers are very robust when compared to other drying methods like horizontal fluidized bed dryer, vertical fluidized dryer, vertical tray dryer, spray dryer, or flash dryer.

HD 11: 11′ Rotary Thermal Dryer

The HD11 is a workhorse! It is our largest dryer with an 11′ diameter and 60′ long. Commercial hemp farmers will process 10 to 14 tons of wet hemp per hour.

HD 3.0: 3.0′ Rotary Thermal Dryer

The new HD3.0 answers the call for a smaller, transportable commercial hemp dryer. Skid mounting makes this easier to move. Additionally, a trailer is offered for even easier portability. 3′ diameter and 30′ long, commercial hemp farmers will process 1-ton per hour of wet product entering the dryer.
